There are many ways on how to lose weight naturally without any medicines that will burn fat like you imagine. These methods are all based on the Law of Physics. Many people have been using a lot of fad diets, workout and pills but they only end up in disappointment. It’s not about what diet you follow or how much exercise you do; it’s more about how much focus you put in the process of losing weight naturally. Once you know how good these methods work for you than you will never think about going back to some of them. Losing weight is a matter of taking care of your body. If you really want to get into shape then there are no shortcuts. You have to keep changing your lifestyle accordingly.

Weight loss can be achieved by making changes in your eating plan. In order to have results you need to take small steps; for example if you eat whole grains, legumes, fruits and vegetables, you will start noticing that your appetite goes down and your body starts getting healthier and toned. Tips To Lose Weight Fast And Healthy Way





1. Snack On Carrots & Spinach (Fiber-Rich Food) For Breakfast

Carrots are packed with fiber which will help you control your appetite thereby reducing chances of overeating. A study done by Dr Ram Manohar, showed that patients who ate carrots and spinach juice were able to avoid high blood sugar, lower cholesterol and improved their mood when compared to those who did not consume vegetables. Vegetables also contain phytonutrients which help to reduce inflammation in your cells. So, try snacking on broccoli and other veggies for breakfast before noon. Eating carrots and spinach mixed with low fat yogurt or milk yogurt will give extra protein which helps in burning calories. Also, an added benefit to this is that they have lots of B complex vitamins. The best part is that you can add as many as two tablespoons of them to oatmeal if you enjoy oats.






2. Eat Lemon Water Before Lunch Or Dinner

You may not feel thirsty after lunch so if you are used to drinking water and lemon juice for hydration, it will be easier for you to reach out to your stomach before food. Drinking water first before having something heavy will help you avoid gulping down too much water. Try adding ½ cup of dried lemon to ¼ cup of water and drink it before dinner. Repeat the process in the morning before heading to office and leaving after work. If you can’t avoid the urge to swallow water, just squeeze out the juice from half a cup then drink it slowly throughout the day. Adding cucumber slices on top of the water before going to bed will make the combination tastier and will promote better digestion. I have personally made this combination once and found it quite satisfying – cucumber and lemon water. One tablespoon of lemons has approximately 2-3 servings of vitamin C.


3. Have Fruit Juice With Your Meal

The best way of doing this is by bringing juice along with each meal. Juicing a banana or strawberries is sufficient enough to get the job done and you can consume any combination you want by adding coconut water, lime juice or plain water or apple cider vinegar with any fresh fruit. Just keep the amount of juice as per your taste preferences.


4. Prepare Dessert At Night

You can prepare and serve dessert at night as well. As we have talked about earlier, baking at home gives you ample time for preparation as well as allows you the freedom to choose whatever you want to be served with your dessert. After you have baked your favorite treats for breakfast, pick out one ingredient such as nuts or dry fruit and mix it gently with chocolate chips or cocoa powder. Then, put the mixture in your cake pan and let your oven preheat to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Add the flour mixture and butter or shortening (cream cheese) to the pan and bake for 45 minutes or until the edges of the pastry are brown. Enjoy your treat. If you are feeling adventurous after seeing the picture above then add jalapenos or chili peppers to the dough and use a spoon to mash it. Use leftover pumpkin, black raisins or almonds for crunchy topping. Make sure to cover the base for the dough with plastic wrap to prevent cracking when the filling is done. Bake for 25-30 minutes in the oven. Store the drenched pastry immediately and you can store in airtight containers for four days. You can freeze at room temperature for longer storage.





5. Drink Turmeric Tea Morning/Night

Turmeric provides anti-inflammatory, antioxidants and anti-cancer properties. Turmeric tea can be prepared by boiling 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder in 500 ml of water and then strain it. Drink it immediately after waking up. If you need a bit more caffeine kick in the afternoon have an herbal tea instead of coffee at night. Take your teatime off at home and watch TV or listen to music.


6. Keep Moving

The importance of moving is hard to overstate. Physical activity releases hormones called endorphins which will leave a person happier and relaxed. Studies show that physical activity could be as effective at increasing the level of serotonin in our brains as therapy. Exercise also reduces stress and lowers the likelihood of heart disease. All you need is 30 minutes of intense exercise daily to lead a happy, energetic life. Doing regular exercises will be beneficial for your general health and fitness. Do yoga on daily basis. You can join dance classes whenever available. Dance is another great form of exercising. There are plenty of free online tutorials on YouTube and Instagram to learn new moves and styles of dancing. Don’t forget cardio activities like walking, swimming etc.

Keep in mind that these tips will work best on a consistent basis; keep trying new things out and experiment with different combinations until you find something that works right for you. Remember that it takes time to see results so stick with it.
